Enjoy a heated vibrating zero gravity chair or bring your own meditation pillow or yoga mat.  Enjoy a series of salt lamps to add in some halotherapy or play our tongue drum (rain drum) to soothe your nervous system. Not sure meditation is right for you, take some time to read a novel or self help book, work on your breathing or practice some somatic movement. Whatever helps you disengage, relax and recharge.
This service provides private access to the meditation room for up to 30 mins. 

PLEASE NOTE: This service is not covered by most insurance companies and is therefore not eligible for direct billing.
