This invigorating massage helps hack away at the tension and stress in your upper back, shoulders, neck and scalp. This massage is a seated massage and you remain fully clothed. 
Please note: There is the use of oils on your scalp and neck so please wear appropriate clothing and be advised your hair will be messy after your appointment!

Join us for an hour or two of fun arts and crafts. Meditative colouring, inspirational rock painting breath drawing... just some of the activities you can try!!
Supplies and light refreshments (tea/coffee/water) provided. Skill level required - non existent.

Meditative Creativity Night

Love the idea of book clubs but hate the pressure of mandatory reading? Hate the idea of reading a book that just doesn't speak to you?? Overwhelmed by the choice of inspirational fiction and/or self help literature out there??? Then this may be the "club" for you!! 
Each week we will draw a couple of names out of the proverbial hat and those individuals will tell us about an amazing book they have read (in the past or recently) that they loved and that motivated and/or inspired them - fictional or non fictional - so long as it inspired them with regards to their physical mental or spiritual health.
