Enjoy a heated vibrating zero gravity chair or bring your own meditation pillow or yoga mat.  Enjoy a series of salt lamps to add in some halotherapy or play our tongue drum (rain drum) to soothe your nervous system. Not sure meditation is right for you, take some time to read a novel or self help book, work on your breathing or practice some somatic movement. Whatever helps you disengage, relax and recharge.
This service provides private access to the meditation room for up to 30 mins.

Meditation Room - 30 mins

Enjoy all the regular amenities and services of our meditation room with the addition of the use of our high intensity LED light therapy lamp! This lamp allows you to chose colour temperatures between 1800-6000k and 5 brightness levels to help combat the winter blues. This service provides private access to the meditation room for up to 30 mins.

Meditation Room - 30 mins w LED Light Therapy add on

Enjoy the amenities of our meditation room with the added benefit of utilizing our Red Light Therapy Lamp. Using a 32W output lamp with dual wavelength - Red Light (660nm) and  Infrared Light (850nm) our red light therapy lamp penetrates deep into your tissues potentially easing stiffness, reducing inflammation, and promoting muscle repair and relaxation. A health waiver will be required with this service. As per the recommended guidelines for red light therapy this service (unlike our other meditation room services) is available only in 20 minutes of duration.
